⏱️Cook Time: 45 min

🥣Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the chopped Mushrooms with the Garlic and Parsley or Chives.

2. In a small saucepan, warm the Milk. Remove the pan from the heat. Crumble in the toast and stir to absorb the Milk. Squeeze the Breadcrumbs dry and beat into the Mushroom stuffing. Season with the Cayenne, Salt and Pepper.

3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly brush a baking sheet with Butter. Spoon the stuffing into the Mushroom caps, mounding it slightly, and transfer to the baking sheet. Dot the tops with the 2 tablespoons of Butter and bake 30 to 45 minutes.

💡Tips

  • To make it easier to stuff the caps, remove the Mushrooms stems and scrape out the gills.

  • If you have any leftover Meat or Chicken, you can chop it and add it to the stuffing. The Meat alone, however, would make too dense a stuffing.
