Sautéed Potatoes

  • 1 1/2 pounds Potatoes, unpeeled

  • 3 tbsp Butter

  • 1 tbsp Dry Breadcrumbs

  • Salt and Pepper

🥣Instructions

1. Bring in a large pot of Salted water to a boil. Add the Potatoes and cook until tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Drain, peel, and dice or slice the Potatoes.

2. In a large skillet, melt the Butter over medium-high heat. Add the Potatoes and cook, stirring often, until nicely browned, about 10 minutes.

3. Sprinkle with the Breadcrumbs and Season with Salt and Pepper. Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve.
