Chocolate Frosted Flakes Cookies

🛒Ingredients (Grocery List)

  • 6 oz good quality Semisweet Chocolate, chopped roughly

  • 12 tbsp (1 1/2 stick) Unsalted Butter, cut into small pieces

  • 4 cups Frosted Flakes


🍴Serves: 12 cookies

⏱️Cook Time: 2 min

❄️Chilling Time: 2 hours


🥣Instructions

1. In a double boiler, melt the Chocolate and Butter until smooth mixing occasionally.

2. Mix the melted Chocolate and Butter with the Frosted Flakes in a large bowl. Mix Well until the Frosted Flakes are totally coated with Chocolate.

3. Portion the mixture into 12 paper muffin cups.

4. Place it in the freezer for at least 1 hour or in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

5. Store in a airtight container in a cool, dry area for up to 2 weeks.

💡Tips

  • You can use the microwave to melt the Chocolate and Butter too! Just do it slowly in 10-15 second intervals and mixing in-between as to not burn the Chocolate!
