Broiled Lamb Chops with Parsley Butter

  • 8 Lamb Chops

  • Vegetable Oil for brushing

  • 2 tbsp Butter, softened

  • Chopped Parsley leaves

  • Salt and Pepper

🥣Instructions

1. Heat the broiler. On a broiler pan, brush the Chops on both sides with Oil and broil, turning once, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

2. Meanwhile, mash the Butter with the Parsley and season with Salt and Pepper.

3. Transfer the Chops to a warmed platter. Season with Salt and Pepper, top with the Parsley Butter, and serve.

  • Lamb, whether grilled, pan-seared, or roasted, is generally cooked medium-rare.
