🛒Ingredients (Grocery List)
5 to 7 Garlic cloves
1 large Egg Yolk
1 1/2 cups Olive Oil
1 tbsp fresh Lemon juice
Salt and Pepper

🥣Instructions
1. Using a mortar or small food processor, grind the Garlic to a paste. Add the Egg yolk, Salt and Pepper and puree. Blend in the Olive Oil a few drops at a time to begin, then in a steady stream. Beat in 1 tablespoon of boiling water and the Lemon juice.
💡Tips
Since this is a kind of Mayonnaise, the same precautions apply. All the ingredients need to be at the same temperature.
You can use more or les Garlic to taste.
Serve with all cold meats, cold poached fish, hard-boiled eggs, cod, boiled beef, or vegetables.
