🥣Instructions

1. In separate bowl, spread the Flour, Eggs, and Breadcrumbs. Season the Eggs with Salt and Pepper. Season the Pork Chops with Salt and Pepper, then dredge lightly in Flour and dip in the Eggs, letting any excess drip back into the plate. Dredge the chops in the Breads crumbs, pressing lightly to help the Crumbs adhere.

2. In a large skillet, melt the Butter over medium heat. Add the chops and cook, turning once, until golden brown,8 to 10 minutes per side. Transfer to a warmed platter. Add the Vinegar to the skillet and boil, scraping up any brown bits on the bottom, for 1 or 2 minutes. Pour the Vinegar pan sauce over the Pork Chops and serve at once.

💡TIPS

  • You can skip the vinegar pan sauce if you like. In that case, serve the pork chops with Lemon wedges to perk up the flavor.
