Whipped Cream

  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream

  • 3 tbsp Sugar

🥣Instructions

1. In a chilled bowl and using a chilled whisk or an electric mixer with chilled beaters, whip the Cream until it starts to thicken. Add the Sugar and beat until soft peaks form.


💡Tips

  • Be careful not to overheat the Heavy Cream or it will turn to Butter.

  • The Whipped Cream can be covered and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Whisk it before using.

  • The Heavy Cream, the bowl, and the beaters must be very cold when you whip Cream. It’s even a good idea to set the bowl of Cream in a slightly larger bowl of Iced Water when beating.
